Call of Proposals - SIRHA 2027 EPV – Join the Réseau Excellence Gastronomy Initiative

The Réseau Excellence EPV is gearing up for SIRHA Lyon 2027 with two complementary spaces designed to showcase the craftsmanship of Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Companies) to professionals in the gastronomy, hospitality, design, and interior fit-out sectors.

• A reception area within the Sustainable Cuisine Foundation (Fondation pour la Cuisine Durable)

Led by Marie-Odile Fondeur—President of the Foundation and ambassador for the Réseau Excellence EPV—this premium space will host chefs, officials, ambassadors, and partners for key networking events and showcases of exceptional craftsmanship.

• A space at the heart of the Hospitality & Factory zone

Developed in partnership with GL events, this new zone in Hall 7 is dedicated to the art of hospitality, interior design, and excellence in craftsmanship. It will bring together key players from the tableware, gastronomy equipment, and hospitality sectors.

Offer 1 - EPV course (For all EPV exhibitors at SIRHA)

Includes: stand identification, visibility in the Network Excellence collective communication, and invitation to the EPV networking cocktail.

Offer 2 - Responsive Hospitality Contribution

For those EPVs wishing to participate in the animation (catering), the development or enhancement of the receptive Hospitality EPV in the heart of the Hospitality & Factory division and the foundation stand for sustainable cuisine.

Offer 3 - Hub Inspiration Village EPV Hospitality & Factory

For VTEs wishing to be identified as companies that can integrate one of the 6 to 12 Hub Inspiration modules near the VTE receptive. Format : stand of 6 m2 (Corner Hub Inspiration from 3 000 € excl. tax including registration fee).

Offer 4 - Actor Hospitality

For EPVs wishing to participate actively in the meetings organised with the actors of hotels, design, architecture and gastronomy as part of the EPV programming of the show.
