Survey for companies of living heritage: Needs in Hiring and Training Crafts

This investigation, Exclusive destination of Enterprises Heritage was created by the Reseau Excellence and Campus Versailles, in partnership with the CFA National Manufactures, Sèvres & National Furniture, as part of their training missions and accompaniment to know-how companies of excellence.

Sound Objective 1identify the recruitment and training needs of  EPV in the next 5 years through the collection and analysis of information relating to:

  • to recruitment difficulties according to trade families;
  • to rare or dangerous skills;
  • to missing training and/or insufficient ;
  • to needs and desire for training EPV.

The data from this survey are strictly confidential. Their exploitation takes place in an anonymized manner and in accordance with the GDPR. The software used hosts its data in France and is committed to an agreement to protect data.
