On Tuesday 7 April, the Regional Prefecture of the Pays de la Loire hosted a ceremony honouring the artisanal excellence of the territory.
On this occasion, 20 companies received the prestigious label "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (EPV).
Organized in the presence of several institutional and economic actors, the event brought together the SGAR Urwana Querrec Halléguen, the Chambre de métiers et de l'crafts des Pays de la Loire, SGS, the Pays de la Loire Region, and the Réseau Excellence EPV Pays de la Loire represented by its president Olivier Veriele, also head of the EVV SCF (Société Choletaise de Manufacture).
A label of excellence for know-how
Created in 2005 by the State, the EVP label distinguishes French companies with rare and exceptional know-how. It values those who manage to combine tradition and innovation, transfer skills and economic development. This recognition underlines both the richness of the artisanal heritage and the ability of companies to project themselves in the future, both in France and internationally.
