Alsace Lait is an independent dairy cooperative located in Hoerdt in the Bas-Rhin region, specializing in the processing of raw cow's milk. It draws on historical expertise, inherited from the Laiterie Centrale de Strasbourg founded in 1915, built around promoting the local terroir and respecting local traditions.
The team consists of approximately 260 employees and relies on a network of nearly 200 dairy farmers, guaranteeing gourmet, high-quality products from a committed agricultural supply chain (GMO-free feed and respect for animal welfare).
