Atelier Les Éclisses

L'Atelier Les Éclisses, founded in 2018 by Antoine Lescombe, follows the Maison de luterie created in 1984 by Jean-Yves Tanguy.
Located at 15 Demolombe Street in Caen, Les Éclisses specializes in the manufacture, restoration and maintenance of rubbing stringed instruments and their bows such as violins, violas, cellos and double basses, as well as baroque instruments such as violas de gambe.

The workshop has several know-how, such as the repair and restoration of instruments and bows, the regular maintenance and tuning of the sound, the manufacture of instruments, the rental, the sale of new and used instruments, with a deposit-sale service, or the expertise of instruments for insurance or sales
