Biscuits Jeannette 1850 is an iconic French company founded in 1850 in Caen. It is specialized in the manufacture of madeleines and traditional biscuits, made from craft recipes and local ingredients such as the butter of Isigny AOP.

Today, Jeannette 1850 embodies a recognized Norman pastry know-how, combining tradition, quality of ingredients and entrepreneurial renewal.

Made in Normandy, we produce our specialties with local ingredients such as Isigny PDO butter, to facilitate our exchanges with our suppliers, develop the local economy and minimize our carbon footprint. Our madeleines, financiers and cakes contain no preservatives, artificial flavors or colorants.

Most of our tins are prepared by a local ESAT (Établissement et service d'aide par le travail) to help integrate disabled people. Our century-old know-how has been recognized by the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label since 2017.
