Brun de Vian-Tiran

In 1808, at l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Charles Tiran and Laurent Vian installed a mill on the banks of the Sorgue and began to felt the drape in the area in the water of the Sorgue.

Today, the Camargue horses still wear the "drap damier" felt by Brun de Vian-Tiran on the banks of the Sorgue and the manufacture has become a true responsible ecosystem, model for a sustainable world. The first French wool processor in France, it has found the most beautiful wool in Europe, the Merinos d'Arles Antique(R), in a sustainable development partnership with the shepherds.
