Champagne Gosset

Champagne House famous for its prestige cuvées and ancestral expertise since 1584

Founded in 1584 in Aÿ, Champagne Gosset is recognized as the oldest wine house in the Champagne region. Today, it is part of the Renaud-Cointreau group while maintaining its independence and family-owned character.

Expertise

  • Blend : Gosset champagnes are crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, sourced primarily from Grand and Premier Crus in the Marne region
  • Distinctive Style : One of the House's hallmarks is the avoidance of malolactic fermentation, which preserves the wines' natural freshness, vivacity, and exceptional aging potential
  • Cellar Aging: Maturation takes place in 19th-century cellars stretching over 1.7 km, with an average of 4 years on the lees, ensuring aromatic complexity and the fineness of the bubbles

Range and Iconic Vintages

The House offers several prestige vintages :

  • Grande Réserve Brut (signature blend)
  • Grand Blanc de Blancs
  • Grand Rosé
  • Grand Millésime (Vintage)
