Lilamand Confectionery was founded in 1866 by Marius Lilamand, then confectioner in the heart of Saint-Rémy de Provence. In 1903, his son Justin takes over the reins of the family business and chooses to devote exclusively to candied fruit. He then set up his workshops in the old tannery at the exit of the village.
Today, Pierre Lilamand perpetuates this artisanal know-how transmitted since Five generations. Inspired by the ancient recipes of Nostradamus and of Olivier de Serres, he continues to make live this unique heritage in a history-laden factory.
Over the years, confectionery has expanded and modernized. New workshop was created, dedicated to the manufacture of calissons, fruit syrups confectionery and jams, while respecting the fundamental pillars of the house: rigor, know-how and quality.
