Founded in 1947, the Nusbaumer distillery is a must-see site in the Vallée de Villé and a true showcase of distillation expertise in Alsace. Today, it continues to delight long-time enthusiasts of eaux-de-vie while also appealing to new spirits lovers. Its teams specialize in the distillation of fruit brandies and the creation of fruit- and plant-based liqueurs, as well as other spirits such as gin and whisky.The distillery holds the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivantlabel and enjoys an excellent reputation thanks to the quality of its products, which are distributed exclusively through a very selective network.
