200 years of expertiseThe products of the Dolin House, including the most emblematic- Vermouth of Chambéry and genepi- liquor are always made on site by a small team of enthusiasts, following preciously preserved historical recipes. And if the tanks and the production tool are modernizing, the methods remain and the copper alembic still lies at the heart of the workshop.
