Georges Bruck

Rooted in Alsatian tradition, the Strasbourg factory enhances artisanal Alsatian foie gras through creations of goose foie gras and duck foie gras, certified by the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label of excellence.

Since 1852, Maison Georges Bruck has perpetuated the excellence of Strasbourg Foie Gras. As the last family-owned and independent manufacturer in Alsace, it is now the oldest foie gras house in France, passing down a unique savoir-faire through six generations.Exceptional Artisanal CraftsmanshipAwarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label in 2025, this artisanal workshop is distinguished by its 100% manual production process.

From the sorting of the livers to the terrine preparation, every step is performed by hand by skilled chefs, heirs to an exceptional Alsatian gastronomic tradition.

A Unique Signature Flavor

The House's secret lies in a blend of twelve ancestral spices, jealously guarded since 1852, which gives its products an inimitable signature flavor.

This unique recipe, combined with a rigorous selection of goose foie gras and duck foie gras from small traditional farms (free-range, 100% natural and non-GMO feed), has earned the brand its reputation among the world's leading restaurants, luxury caterers, and prestigious gourmet boutiques.
