Industrial Competencies

The iron foundry specializes in sand casting for parts weighing from 1 kg to 800 kg, produced in small to medium series using Grey Iron (EN-GJL), Ductile Iron (EN-GJS), and alloyed iron. Its strengths include:  

• Co-development and engineering: its strength resides in part optimization, core integration, and conversion of welded assemblies into compact castings
• Rapid prototyping : 3D printing
• Filling and solidification simulation : CAD/CAM (SolidWorks / SolidCAM)
• Electric induction melting : two furnaces with a capacity of 1 ton each
