Founded in 1840 in Beaune, La Mustarderie Edmond Fallot perpetuates exceptional family expertise in the manufacture of mustards. As the last independent mustard factory in Burgundy, it selects its raw materials with great demands and favours a grinding process with a stone mill in order to preserve all the aromatic richness of the seeds.
