Léonard Parli

The Maison PARLI was founded in 1874 by Léonard Parli, a Swiss confectioner, who discovered a treat called Calisson during a trip to Aix-en-Provence.

He was seduced by this sweetness and decided to found the first factory of Calissons d'Aix. House recognized for the quality of its confectionery, its specialty, the Calisson d'Aix-en-Provence, is renowned for its taste of pronounced almond and the unique texture of its paste, the result of an artisanal work carried out in respect of traditions.
