Les Confitures du Climont is an Alsatian artisanal company founded in 1985 by Fabrice Krencker, renowned for its traditional expertise in crafting jams, jellies, and syrups.

Located in La Salcée, in the Bruche Valley, it attracts over 40,000 visitors annually thanks to its production workshop-open to the public-and its "Muséobus," a unique museum retracing five centuries of jam-making history.
