Since 1975, faithful to Mentonnais artisanal heritage, the Confituriers of the Herbin House have perpetuated the values and secrets of an old-fashioned manufacture inspired by the recipes of their grandmothers.

Located in Menton, it perpetuates know-how inspired by ancient recipes and local confiture heritage. The house offers handcrafted jams developed according to traditional methods, with emphasis on fruit quality, controlled cooking and the transmission of family recipes, respecting the artisanal values of the Menton region.
