Created in 1902, the company MERO (Moulinage and Retorderie de l'Oise) is the heiress of a century-old textile know-how. Originally dedicated to the manufacture of artificial bristles, it takes its independence in 1926 and adopted its current name.
In 1929, it was taken over by Marcel Théard, marking the beginning of a family management that continues Today.
