Nogent 3 Etoiles

Specialist in high-performance cutlery and durable kitchenware

Nogent 3 Étoiles is an institution of French industrial expertise, located in Biesles, Haute-Marne. Founded in 1923 by Louis André, a "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (Best Craftsman of France), the company perpetuates a tradition of precision at the heart of the historic cutlery basin.

In 2023, the factory celebrated its centenary, confirming its position as the last industrial player capable of mastering 100% of its production at its original site. It is proudly labeled an Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) (Living Heritage Company).

  • Technical knives: Chef's knives, bread knives, boning knives, and steak knives.
  • Affidenté technology: A major innovation consisting of a micro-serration (4 teeth per millimeter), allowing for effortless cutting without ever needing to sharpen the knife.

2. Culinary Preparation (Peeling)

The company is a historical leader in preparation tools:

  • Peelers and parers: Classic or double-edged models, renowned for their robustness.
  • Apple corers and pitters: Specialized tools designed to simplify the preparation of fruits and vegetables.

3. Utensils and Accessories

Nogent 3 Étoiles applies its expertise to essential mechanical tools:

  • Can openers: Particularly the famous "Super Kim" model-a small, extremely powerful, and durable rotary can opener that has become a staple in French kitchens.
