Few houses are now the ones that continue to manufacture clay santons from Provence and made by hand! Today, Emmanuel Fouque runs the house created in 1934 by his great grandfather Jean-Baptiste Fouque. Nearly 1,800 models are to be discovered, from small painted santon to great figures.
