Sepoa Delgove is an agri-food company located in Fécamp (Normandie), specialized in the processing and conservation of seafood (salted and smoked fish).
She works mainly in the cod, herring and mackerel, which she transforms in her workshops thanks to traditional processes such as salting and smoking with beech wood.
