A family-run business in Lyon, led by master pastry chef and chocolatier Richard Sève, certified as a Living Heritage Company and Committed to Lyon, mastering every stage of chocolate production from cocoa beans, and dedicated to preserving traditional craftsmanship.      

For 120 years (1905–2025), the company has been perpetuating the art of chocolate and pastry-making in Lyon, combining artisanal expertise, creativity and exceptional raw materials. Under the leadership of Richard, Gaëlle, Arthur and Lucas Sève, the company masters the entire bean-to-bar process, from bean to bar, in its factory-museum, MUSCO, which is unique in France.

Labelled an Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) and committed to preserving traditional skills, Maison Sève promotes fine food and artisanal excellence far beyond the borders of Lyon.
